From an early age, I have been captivated by extraordinary individuals and innovative
organizations that challenge conventional thinking. Unsurprisingly, I possess an inherent drive
for exploration, questioning the status quo, pushing boundaries, and perpetually seeking new
ideas.

This mindset has profoundly influenced my career trajectory. Initially trained as a lawyer, I
quickly recognized that the traditional legal environment was not my calling. Instead, I found my true passion as an intelligence officer at the Belgian Defense Department. I thrived in small teams of remarkable individuals with a pioneering spirit, eager to experiment with unconventional approaches. Over the course of 16 years in various command and staff roles,
I gained invaluable lessons in leadership and the significance of purpose.

In 2019, I transitioned to the private sector. At Solvay and later Syensqo, I successfully
designed, expanded, and optimized robust anticipation systems from the ground up,
integrating them seamlessly into diverse corporate decision-making processes.

My drive to assist more organizations eventually culminated in the establishment of Delta 6 in 2025. Together with my business partner Dimitri, we empower our clients to implement
actionable anticipation systems and connect them with our extensive network of world-class
experts across various domains.

With over 20 years of experience advising key decision-makers in both the public and private
