Graduate of the Jarosław Dąbrowski Military University of Technology in Warsaw in Electronics and Telecommunications and the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology in Cybersecurity.

Officer with many years of experience in the field of cybersecurity, communications and IT, especially in organising and conducting ICT security incident handling processes and ICT system security testing. He has actively participated in the design and implementation of ICT systems for the required level of cybersecurity, as well as in the organisation and implementation of Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI).

He co-founded and managed the Security Operation Centre (SOC) in the Military Counterintelligence Service. As a representative of the Ministry of National Defence, he co-designed the National Cybersecurity System. He holds the GIAC Information Security Professional (GISP) and Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) certifications.
