Pavel has spent his entire professional career in information and cyber security in the electricity industry. Since 2005, he has worked in various cyber positions, including the role of CISO in two subsidiaries of CEZ Group. Since 2017, he has held the role of Group CISO at the parent company CEZ. Pavel supports the cyber community as a member of the program committee of selected conferences and cyber events. Since March 2023, he also serves as an elected member of the Advisory Group of the European Agency ENISA.
