Vincent Loriot is an engineer who graduated at EPITA (2001). He joined a major aerospace and defence company in 2001, where he spent the first part of his career. There he took on various responsibilities on Cyber programmes, mainly in the defence sector.

He joined ANSSI at the end of 2018, as head of the Cyber Risk Management office. In 2020, Vincent Loriot became deputy head of the Digital Security Management division, then head of the same division in 2021.

In 2023, Vincent Loriot attended the IHEDN national session on economic defence and security. He became Deputy Strategy Director in April 2024.
